THE BEACH: "Villa Kokomo" is a luxury 2 bed 2.5 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the 1st floor and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely views of one of the community lake which is located just across from Jupiter Beach.
THE COMMUNITY:
The community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake.
INSIDE:
This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. You have a fully equipped and new kitchen with double fridge, chef faucet and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms will offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location!. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the patio!

STARTER PACKS:

We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel. Minimum age to rent this property is 25 years.
VEHICLES: Trucks, RVs, Vans or any commercial vehicles are not allowed in this community. There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed. POSHPADZ does not take responsibility for the cost of towing.

Doubt you can find a better rental opportunity in Jupiter.
Great location; clean, well-stocked condo (beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler bags, beach towels), 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to the beach! Nice pool area (125 steps away) including a hot tub and adjacent to a decent restaurant ("Twisted Tuna") that has a nice poolside Tiki bar. Lovely strolling path around a lake. Large TVs with streaming capability. Well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds (though pillows a bit mushy if you like firm pillows). Second time we've rented from POSHPADZ and they are great. Doubt you can find a better rental opportunity in Jupiter. Date of arrival - January 7, 2026
I would recommend staying here
This is was our second time staying at Jupiter Bay. The condo was very clean, newly updated/remodeled and furnished with everything you need and more. Gary was very responsive. Gina met us at check in which was different than I am use to with AirBNB but it was fine. She answered questions and showed us the unit. The unit was very nice and new. Pre-check in communication was very good and response time was fast. The unit was stocked with plenty of soft towels, blankets, and other furnishings it felt like home. It is close to everything in Jupiter and you have the added advantage of a pool with a restaurant on property if you need it. Like a hotel but bigger. That is. one reason we like this property. A couple more paper towel rolls would have been nice but that is it. Beach chairs, umbrellas and other things you need at the beach (towels) were plentiful. I would recommend staying here. The condo was very nice
Something was wrong with the initial condo we were renting so they moved us to another condo in the same complex that was almost the same as what we signed up for. Overall, didn't make much of a difference to us and we still had a great time and the condo was very nice.

Lakeview, patio!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kokomo. Lakeview, patio! The condo is very comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed the screened in patio on the ground level. Beautiful pool areas and lake views. Walk to 2 premo restaurants and the ocean! Date of arrival - February 1, 2025
Everything As Promised!
Was visiting Jupiter for the first time and wasn't sure what area to book. We were pleasantly surprised to be close to so much; from the close restaurants to the marina! Condo was tastefully decorated and was completely stocked with everything as promised.... and then some! Would definitely be back. Date of arrival - January 24, 2025
