OUTSIDE : The beautiful and tranquil fully fenced in outdoor & garden area a huge tiki hut, private swimming pool, Propane BBQ, outdoor dining and sunlounger area where you may spend your mornings enjoying the warm Florida sunshine with a nice cup of cappuccino, or enjoy the lovely tropical evenings with a nice cold glass of champagne! **Private Heated Swimming Pool . Note: Private pool heat is optional at $50 per day. You also have your own putting green.

INSIDE:

This property is new & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. The home offers high ceilings & is light and bright throughout with a very calming ambiance hence the name "Villa Tranquila" which translated means tranquil, peaceful, calm, relaxed house in Spanish. You have a fully equipped and sensational new kitchen with double fridge, quartz counter tops, coffee station with Keurig & 12 cup coffee maker, and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Friends & family can sit at the huge kitchen island and enjoy chatting with the chef dujour while watching them prepare a meal. Another added bonus of a POSHPADZ Luxury Property are the huge SMART TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms. 2 bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and 2 bedroom offers a Queen size bed. All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location!

STARTER PACKS:

All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

ARRIVALS: Latest check in time 9pm Arrivals later than 9pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee

Arrivals on Christmas Day $150 service fee as per the rental agreement

We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a  copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.

Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.

CANCELLATION NOTE: Please Note there is a cancellation fee of $250 or the Credit card fee whichever is greater when cancellations are made 60 days or more from arrival

+ You will be asked for a copy of your Government ID - either a Driving License or Passport which must be provided at least 3 business days prior to arrival
