PEACEFUL PGA NATIONAL RETREAT — TWO KING BEDROOMS & TROPICAL VIEWS

Treetop Villa is a peaceful two-bedroom, two-bath condo inside the gated PGA National community in Palm Beach Gardens, with a wonderful sense of privacy among mature banyan trees and tropical palms.

One of Treetop's best features is its large screened balcony overlooking the lush greenery — a wonderfully quiet setting for morning coffee, reading a book or relaxing with a drink at the end of the day.

Inside, the villa is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Both bedrooms have king-size beds, making Treetop an excellent choice for two couples travelling together. The guest suite also has a twin daybed, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate up to five guests.

Set within PGA National, you'll be close to golf, restaurants, shopping and everything Palm Beach Gardens has to offer, while the beautiful beaches of Juno Beach and Jupiter are only a short drive away.

Luxury 2 bed 2 bath private First Floor condo sleeps 5 close to PGA Resort. "Treetop Villa " offers a Zen like large screened in balcony with lovely green Banyan & Palm tree views.
You have a fully equipped with all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds with large Smart TVs . ***The King Guest Suite also has a Twin daybed for an extra person to sleep. Unit Sleeps 5 in total.  Very quiet and you can't beat the prime location!

Guest access

You will be greeted by a POSHPADZ professional to make sure the property meets your needs as stated in the listing. You will both check the property for damages and confirm the property is in pristine condition by signing a form and leaving credit card details as per hotel.

We provide:
- Mini bathroom toiletries shampoo, body wash conditioner (similar to a hotel)
- 2 toilet rolls per bathroom
- Tabs for dishwasher
- Paper towel roll
- Couple of K pods, tea, package sugar
- Garbage bags
- Basic cleaning products
- Luxury towels and linens

STARTER PACKS: All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

House Rules:

1. Primary renter 25 years of age or older and guests registered in your booking are permitted inside the residence at any time. Additional nightime visitors are not allowed unless included in the initial guest count at the time of booking.
   
2. Within the 24 hours of booking, you will be required to sign our Rental Agreement. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. The E-sign link for this agreement will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed."

Please note there is a non -refundable HOA Application Fee of $35 payable upon submission to the HOA. This is payable once the application is submitted to the HOA.

NO 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS ALLOWED

No trucks of any kind are allowed to be parked in this community.

Arrivals on Christmas Day or after 9pm $150 service fee if agreed.

+ You will be asked for a copy of your Government ID - either a Driving License or Passport which must be provided at least 3 business days prior to arrival
