You will be greeted by a POSHPADZ professional to make sure the property meets your needs as stated in the listing. You will both check the property for damages and confirm the property is in pristine condition by signing a form and leaving credit card details as per hotel. Latest check in time 9pm

STARTER PACKS: All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.
House Rules:
Primary renter 25 years of age or older and guests registered in your booking are permitted inside the residence at any time. Additional nighttime visitors are not allowed unless included in the initial guest count at the time of booking.
Within the 24 hours of booking, you will be required to sign our Rental Agreement. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. The E-sign link for this agreement will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed."
Please note there is a non -refundable HOA Application Fee of $35 payable upon submission to the HOA. This is payable once the application is submitted to the HOA.
NO 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS ALLOWED - Latest check in time 9pm
No trucks of any kind are allowed to be parked in this community.
Arrivals on Christmas Day or after 10pm $150 service fee as per the rental agreement

Excellent stay! Very close to baseball fields (which we needed to be) and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as pictured…very clean, well maintained and incredibly comfortable. Date of arrival - October 8, 2025
Everything was Great!
Very nice for the price. Host/Manager met us at the condo and gave us a quick tutorial. Place had all the basics to feel comfortable and was very clean. Place is in walking distance to PHA national Champions range.

Beautiful Condo!
Beautiful condo, which matched the posted description exactly. The hosts were communicative and highly responsive, particularly to our questions after we had checked in. We were so grateful that they met us at the condo to check in, including insisting on carrying our bags up the flight of stairs to the second floor.
Well appointed and beautifully decorated
Well appointed and beautifully decorated space that is both spotless and comfortable. I appreciated Gary assisting us with arrival and later checking to make sure all was well. The unit is in a great walkable area that overlooks the PGA par 3 course. We loved everything about it and plan to come back next year!

This stay was perfect!
This stay was perfect! Newly renovated and so pretty. We came for baseball and was the perfect location. The house even provided chairs and an umbrella which came in handy for our long days at the field. I would highly recommend this house and rent here again! Date of arrival - October 16, 2024
