The Hideaway is a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath corner condo inside prestigious PGA National, surrounded by lush landscaping with peaceful views across the golf course and water.

The large private balcony is one of the highlights of the property, with comfortable seating and dining space for enjoying breakfast outside, an afternoon with a book or a quiet Florida evening.

Inside, The Hideaway has been designed by POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors to create a relaxed, upscale retreat. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, making this an excellent choice for two couples travelling together.

The spacious living room features a comfortable leather sectional with reclining seats and a huge 75-inch Smart TV, while the bright kitchen is fully equipped for anything from breakfast before golf to dinner at home.

Guest access

You will be greeted by a POSHPADZ professional to make sure the property meets your needs as stated in the listing. You will both check the property for damages and confirm the property is in pristine condition by signing a form and leaving credit card details as per hotel. Latest check in time 9pm

We provide:

- Mini bathroom toiletries shampoo, body wash conditioner (similar to a hotel)

- 2 toilet rolls per bathroom

- Tabs for dishwasher

- Paper towel roll

- Couple of K pods, tea, package sugar

- Garbage bags

- Basic cleaning products

- Luxury towels and linens

STARTER PACKS: All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

House Rules:

Primary renter 25 years of age or older and guests registered in your booking are permitted inside the residence at any time. Additional nighttime visitors are not allowed unless included in the initial guest count at the time of booking.

Within the 24 hours of booking, you will be required to sign our Rental Agreement. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. The E-sign link for this agreement will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed."

Please note there is a non -refundable HOA Application Fee of $35 payable upon submission to the HOA. This is payable once the application is submitted to the HOA.

NO 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS ALLOWED - Latest check in time 9pm

No trucks of any kind are allowed to be parked in this community.

Arrivals on Christmas Day or after 10pm $150 service fee as per the rental agreement

+ You will be asked for a copy of your Government ID - either a Driving License or Passport which must be provided at least 3 business days prior to arrival
