PoshPadz really went the extra mile

I can’t say that I’ve ever had a better host/guest relationship using Airbnb before. They was truly above and beyond helpful as my family and I travelled to Florida for a complicated family situation and Posh Padz really went the extra mile with everything during the duration of our booking. I can’t speak highly enough of the entire team there, from their professionalism, proactive communication, timely responses and just the overall kindness and thoughtfulness with their communication. I instantly felt at home and really enjoyed the unit. I love to cook and had a nearly full apparatus of kitchen tools and gadgets to use, which was incredibly helpful for our two week stay (you can only go out so many times). I’ve had two different family members take shifts watching our child while we were in town and they both commented how lovely the unit was (and they’re both frequent travelers from major US Markets with high standards). 11/10 will be staying with Posh Padz again when I’m back.

The unit is clean, very well furnished and maintained, giving a bright fresh appearance. Very comfortable for 2 couples.The rental representative was very helpful with check-in and provided helpful advice on what to do in the area. We’ll certainly look for this property on future trips to West Palm Beach. Date of arrival - March 17, 2025

Highly recommend!

The condo is beautifully updated and tastefully furnished and equipped with every convenience. The 2 full walls of windows in the living area was charming - and the screened in porch was an added bonus. The complex is quiet and beautiful. Gina was attentive and responsive and fun. Highly recommend!

This property was fantastic!

This property was fantastic! It met all the criteria I consider important for an Airbnb rental. The living area was very nice with comfortable seating and a nice TV. The entire place was spotless. I am a stickler for clean spaces and it was immaculately clean. Everything functioned well from appliances to the blow dryer. The outdoor area wrapped around 2 sides of the condo and was fully screened in so there were no bugs. The outdoor furniture was clean and in great condition. There were a few snacks provided. Both beds are king sized and very comfortable. Temperature regulation was perfect. The unit was quiet with no noise disturbances ever. Parking was available right outside the front of the property. The refrigerator had an ice maker with filtered water which was super nice since you shouldn’t drink tap water in Florida. We didn’t need to buy bottled water. The location is beautiful with huge trees providing shade over the streets. It is located in PGA National which has a guard.

This place was amazing!

This place was amazing! The communication with the host was very helpful especially their suggestions around the area and was very accommodating within our requests. The beds were pristine and so comfortable I had to take a picture of the bedding! Ha! And most of all the cleanliness was perfect! It is the most thing that we value in a place and it was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous Experience at Treetop Villa (PGA National)

We're a couple in our 60s who really enjoyed the Treetop Villa at PGA National. It's extremely well furnished and stocked with all utensils, dishes, glasses, etc., one might need. It's a professionally managed space with no holdover items (such as spices, condiments, etc) from previous guests. Also, the space has been refreshed recently, so the appliances, cutlery, pots and pans, etc., all seem new. The two bedrooms are exceptional, featuring well-appointed, king-sized beds. Pillows are in abundance, and all is quite luxurious. Parking is in a lot out front, with plenty of available spaces. We particularly liked the wrap-around balcony. For larger parties, there's seating for six at inside and outside dining tables. And for going out, the PGA National Resort is only a few minutes away by car, and features multiple restaurants and bars. Finally, the staff was excellent, notably Gary who handled the reservation and Gina, who greeted us at the property. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and prompt with communications during our stay. Overall, an exceptional 5-star experience. One of our best ever, and highly recommended!
