REFUND POLICY

(i) More than 60 days before rental period: refund payment and $250 cancellation fee or the credit card fee which ever higher

(ii) Less than 60 days before rental period: pay 100% of rental price.

(iii) Subject to Paragraphs (i) and (ii) If the Tenant terminates their stay before the departure date for any reason, they are still obliged to pay the full rental price.

(iv) Termination must be made in writing. The date of termination is considered to be date the document is received by the Agent.

(v) There are no refunds for poor weather conditions, early departure, health issues, pandemics or acts of God. By accepting our rental agreement you legally confirm there are no refunds for COVID related lockdowns or reasons for cancellation. This includes transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, prohibitions on short-term rentals, and shelter-in-place requirements. POSHPADZ cancellation policy will apply as usual.
