The location was perfect to all activities in Jupiter.
The location was perfect to all activities in Jupiter. We only utilized the smaller pool and it was perfect for our boys. We loved how close the property was to the pickleball courts and the walking path to the beach. We liked the special touch of Gina meeting us to check us in. She so picked up our parking pass for us, which was nice since we arrived a little later. Date of arrival - March 12, 2026

Gary and Gina were wonderful to work with. Gina made check in a breeze. Gary, who owns mgt co. answered phone when we had maintenance issue. he ran right over and fixed it himself. That’s service! Had a pleasant conversation too. Unit was clean and comfortable. very contemporary with great appliances. AC worked great. Outdoor patio was a bit Sandy but hey, there was a big storm going through and we were near the beach so to be expected. Thought a bit expensive as my son booked a unit in same complex one building over. It was a very nice unit too, and about 40% less per night. We wanted to be close to them so paid the price. This company was very flexible. We were getting in late so they let my daughter in law check us in earlier in the day. If we checked in after 930pm there would have been another 150 charge, and not just the 25 parking fee for a permit for 4 days. So that saved us that late check in fee. With the northeastern going up the East coast our flights were being delayed. We asked for another day as we didn’t know when we would be able to leave. lucky us we got a flight confirmed, cleaned and packed up and texted we were gone and cleaners could get in as a few hours after checkout would of been. Overall nice rental place

The condo was just as we expected from the pictures on the listing. Location was perfect for us with the beach and pools and restaurants so close. There is a great walking trail behind the buildings. Great experience overall. Date of arrival - March 1, 2025
